I was just gone that week before this week. I'm up here on a daily basis except for the weekends. They are all about 20 years old and walking around with their hands in their jackets and do nothing. When you come in, there are crackers all over the floor. As far as staff goes, the rating is real low, as far as attentiveness to their residents. Probably everyone that was working in that department has quit right now, but it will come back up. They do bingo, they do singing, and they do exercises. You can put in 15 orders to get something fixed and they don't even listen. They take 45 minutes to an hour before they come to him. They should improve on cleanliness and timeliness when someone needs to go to the bathroom. Right now, there's a bunch of little girls coming in, not wanting to do anything. If it was run right, it would be a great place. However, they're going through some changes with staff, so it's kind of upside-down right now, but I'm sure it's going to pan out here sooner or later.
